Kindergarten through 6th graders are invited to join us after school in the Storytime room for a snack and board games.
Picture books are for everybody and so is Family Storytime! Making reading and language fun is the best way to ensure children will be readers. Come enjoy! Located in the Storytime Room, this program lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Join our guest from West Music for a special storytime at the Library! Sing & Play & Learn Today is geared to children ages 3 months to 6 years. Experience the amazing musical and non-musical outcomes of early childhood music and movement!
Stroll through the library to read “The Orphaned Egg” from Little Witch Hazel, by Phoebe Wahl. Available March 11 through April 11.

Stop by the Library for free health and social services. The UI Mobile Clinic will be in the lower level of the Library providing free basic health services on a drop-in (no appointment needed!) basis. Area social services agencies will be available to talk to.
Join Kayla Cook, from Coralville Public Library’s Seed Library, to make newspaper seed starting pots and start some seeds to plant in your garden. Bring your own seeds or use free seeds from the Seed Library. This is a drop-in program open to all ages.

Pick up a free Take & Make craft for kids at the Children’s desk. April's kit makes a paper inchworm. Available while supplies last. Free Take & Make kits are available monthly on the 3rd Wednesday.
Kindergarten through 6th graders are invited to make recycled crafts at the Library on their day off of school. Supplies will be set up in the Storytime Room from 1:00-2:00 pm.
Join our guests for a story, hands-on activities designed to teach children about sound, and hearing screenings. This special Family Storytime will be held in Schwab Auditorium.

Drop by the Discovery Corner on Saturday, May 4, from 12:00-2:00 pm to see 3D printers in action. Ask Tracy John Seargent, from the Multicultural Development Center of Iowa, about the printers and take a 3D printed May the 4th be with you book mark home to keep.
