In May 1940, German forces quickly advanced in to France, trapping Allied troops on the beaches of Dunkirk. In desperation, Britain sends civilian ships and boats to help military ships transport over 330,000 Allied troops to England in a little over a week as the Germans continue to close in.

Starring Kenneth Branagh, Mark Rylance, and Tom Hardy.
