“Hannah” Hannah heard Lisa’s voice say and she looked up to see Lisa’s face smiling down on her. She was lying in bed but this didn’t seem like her bed and how did Lisa get in here. And then it all came back to her. She and Lisa were in a hotel and they were sharing a room so they both had a key. Hannah sat up in bed, stretching and then said

“What time is it?”

“8:00.” Lisa replied. “Want to go get some breakfast?”

“Sure.” Hannah said. “Let me just change first.”

After changing into some shorts and a t-shirt, Hannah and Lisa went down to breakfast. Sitting down at one of the tables, and taking a bite of a cereal she didn’t know, Hannah asked what day the party was on.

“Well,” Said Lisa sounding nervous, “that’s what I wanted to talk about. See, there’s someone who wants to meet with you and I was just wondering if you’d be willing to come with me to his office sometime today.”

“Sure.” Said Hannah “Do you know why he wants to meet with me?”

“Well, I’ve told him a lot about you and I think that you’re gonna like him.”

“Ok” Hannah said.

“Alright, I’ll call now and see if it’d be okay if we come when we finish breakfast.” Lisa said, getting out her cell phone. Lisa called Shel and then she said to Hannah, “He said that it’d be great if we came after breakfast.” And so, at around 9:00 they left the hotel and drove to Shel’s office.
