A knock came at the door of his office and Shel opened it. Lisa walked in looking very pretty with her hair in two braids and wearing a faded pink dress.

“Sit down.” Said Shel gesturing towards a chair by the fire, he took a seat opposite her. “Well,” He said impatiently. “What’s the earth-person like?”

“She’s completely and totally wonderful and I can’t bear the thought of losing our friendship.” Lisa burst out.

“What are you talking about?” Asked Shel, trying to sound reassuring. “Do you really think that she won’t like it?”

“No, I think she’s going to love Cuńa. But even so, she’ll still almost definitely be mad at me for doing this.”

“Nonsense!” Said Shel. “She’ll be delighted that you cared about her enough to risk your friendship for something that will make her happy.”

“No she won’t! She’ll be furious with me for tricking her.” Said Lisa raising her voice. She sighed. “But anyways, back to what you asked me. What’s she like? She’s kind of attractive in her own way, and she absolutely loves the solar system which is why I brought her up here. She’s just a tad on the untidy side but she is very artistic.” Said Lisa. “But now, we have more important things to discuss.”

“What could be more important than discussing the earth-person?” Shel asked.

“This is about the earth-person; by the way, her name is Hannah. But anyways, I got her to come with me because I told her that we were going to a party. Now she still thinks that and I don’t know how to break the ice on her.”

“Well, we need to think of the best way possible that won’t enrage her too much at first.” Said Shel.

“I know and I’ve tried to think of a way but I can’t. I mean maybe I should just tell her.”

“Lisa,” Said Shel quietly.

“What?”

“If you tell her yourself she’ll think that this was all your fault. I’m the one who sent you down there and when you drop the bomb on her, you won’t be alone.”

“Thank you,” Said Lisa hugging him. “Well, I’d better be off, bye.”

“Bye” Shel said. And she walked out the door.
