Hannah had fallen asleep on the plane ride and she didn’t wake up when she was carried into a different plane by two young gentlemen. “Please don’t wake her.” Lisa had whispered urgently. If Hannah had been awake on the plane-ride she would have noticed something very odd indeed; it appeared that they were going up quite a bit higher than a plane, if she had been awake she might have realized that they were in fact in space. Lisa did not seem to be very surprised but if Hannah had been awake, it is quite probable that she would have taken the fact that they were actually on a spaceship as a big surprise. However, she slept peacefully for the whole ride which went on only at night and when she woke up in a hotel she didn’t know that she was not in fact on earth.

Shel had thrown up 4 times that day; he always threw up when he had anxiety. This was anxiety beyond anything he’d ever felt. It was 2 hours before the earth-person and the Cuñan (he still didn’t know her name) were scheduled to meet with him. He had put on his best suit as a gesture of respect to the earth-person (he had been told that she was female) and he had some flowers to give her. He was trying to read a book but if you paid attention, then judging from the fact that he never flipped the page and his eyes kept darting away from the book to the clock you could probably tell that he was quite nervous. In about an hour the phone rang and he picked it up. It was probably the Cuñan saying that she was about to leave.

“Hello” He said,

"Hi,” Came the voice of the cunan. “I was just wondering if it’d be ok if we made this meeting just you and I and we can schedule a meeting with Hannah for tomorrow.” Hannah must be the earth-person.

“Oh! Yeah, um no problem. Except, um, you do know that we have a limited amount of time here.”

“Yes, I know, but we need to talk alone before we break the ice on Hannah.” “Alright, but we’ll meet early tomorrow.”

“I promise it’ll be early. Ok, well, thanks. I’ll still come at the same time if that’s ok.”

“Sure” he told her and he hung up. “URGGH!” He exclaimed in agony. This was just too suspenseful. He didn’t even know if he would like Hannah.
