Shel was waiting, very tense indeed. He had received a call from one of his workers earlier that day; they had told him that one of the people he had sent down to earth was going to go to visit the earth-person and decide then if they thought that the earth-person was ready to be brought up. They had said that the Cuñan would call later and tell him. Shel hadn’t even heard if the Cuñan who had found the earth-person was a man or a woman.

He was now pacing up and down his office. He was covered in sweat and was biting his fingernails as he always did when he got nervous. For the worker who had called Shel had told him that the Cuñan had made friends with the earth-person and was very nervous. However, Shel was too anxious over the earth-person coming to think about the Cuñan right now, especially as he didn’t even know which Cuñan it was. And then suddenly the phone rang. Shel rushed over, his heart pounding,

“Hello” he said.

"Yes,” Shel heard a man’s voice say. “I have a product that you might be interested in buying and –

“Hold on one moment please.” Shel said wearily, he pressed a blue button on the wall and within 30 seconds a lady walked in.

“Can I help you?” She asked.
